Believe it or not, I am happy that the CMLS (Consolidated Multiple Listing Service) has been sued. Read the lawsuit here.
The Columbia SC Real Estate is an organization I am involved in. I believe that they hold back service to my clients.
One thing you may know about me is that I tend to think outside of the box. I do not like traditional real estate as practiced in Columbia SC Real Estate. I like things done differently.
I like to write my own contracts, allow things people may see as ‘different’. I want to be able to provide you with the best service possible for the least amount of money.
Currently I am unable to say, “If you find a buyer before I do, you don’t have to pay me”. I want to be able to do that. If I have not done my work, Why should I get paid? I am not a fee for service vendor meaning that I will not list your house for a flat price. I do not work that way. In my opinion, it does not benifit you nor me.
You are the client, and you should be served…whether selling or buying! Why should I be hendered by that?
In my opinion, this is all for the better.
The other Realtors practicing Columbia SC Real Estate that feel differently, I am sorry. Time to step up to the plate and offer world class service! Are you worth the 6% or 7% you charge? I am, and I can show my clients.
